Great experience buying a car this week with Rice. Super responsive on initial inquiries and followed through on everything I had questions/concerns with. Had a long drive to get to the dealer but still kept his promise and had the car waiting for me to test drive on arrival. Would definitely recommend here. Rock bottom price but top end service.

My sales help was from Jay, and the finances and paperwork were done by Joseph. I felt like I was well cared for by both of them. Jay even came in 2 hours early to fit my schedule. The nationwide hacking of the automobile industry's software slowed the process down, but I had read about it before I went in, and while it took longer than usual, there was nothing anyone could have done to improve the care that I received. I was buying a corporate car which had its own complications and Joseph was kind and thorough. Jay took his time to answer my questions about how to use the car. The car was clean and filled with gas before I left. I'm a happy driver of a Kia Sportage LX

Had another great experience with Kia today. We have 3 Kia's in our family. Great Cars, in my opinion. And I love How close this Kia is to our house. So convenient, I love to jog home from the shop. Adrian was my service person today and he understood my concerns and made sure the work was completed in time for my planned road trip. Really appreciated him today! And I also always appreciate the great employees who coordinate the checking out. Aline was super helpful today, and very kind.
